Specific Skills Assesses Bank's loan portfolio, new products in conjunction with Account Manager & non accrual procedures & methods of accruals Arranges authorisation of payments under documents  Effects audit of Bank's portfolio

Communication / Interpersonal Writes & converses clearly & effectively with clients May conduct discussions re system requirements & efficiencies

Planning / Organising Plans own work to ensure day to day work & annual reviews scheduled & completed

Analysis / Problem Solving / Innovation Ensures evaluation of risks & credit worthiness is within policy Applies sound credit & risk management approaches

Service Delivery Liaises with both customers & staff at other corporations Provides specialist service on range of products/ services incl complexity Can provide options to client & guide to most suitable product Identifies customer need & responds accordingly

Teamwork May assist with team direction/ training Identifies & reports opportunities to improve team processes Works across teams to help implement & deliver results
