• Handling internal & external trade queries and resolving them
• Handling FX confirmation and settlement process
• Interacting with CP and traders to identify and resolve trade discrepancies
• Handling Post-settlement Recs/Bank Recs
• MIS reporting.

• Domain Eagerness to learn and take initiative in understanding the process conceptually

Technical

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal, influencing & stakeholder management skills
• Strong MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint) skills
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
