Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Analyst - VMF located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Learning all the process in VMF and maintain the records as per the requirement.
• Ensure all requests from submission to completion are processed within TAT Ensure that all requests raised by the BOT are free from validation errors and maintain 100% accuracy.
• Validate and submit all BOT-created VMF requests on the same day of creation.
• Maintain and update vendor records in the company's vendor management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and validate vendor information, including contact details, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Track and evaluate vendor performance based on established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score is preferred.
• Good understanding on MS applications (Basic level).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
