Analyst - Tax Data Operations

We are looking for resources to support one of our banking clients in their tax operations process.

1. Review outputs for completeness, accuracy and traceability before release.
2. Own issue logs, root-cause analysis and closure of recurring defects.
3. Develop standard templates, procedures and control checklists.
4. Coordinate end-to-end collection, validation and reconciliation for assigned countries, entities or processes.
5. Implement approved automation with testing and documentation.
6. Manage day-to-day stakeholders and provide status, risk and dependency updates.

Experience Required

1. CA with 4+ years post-qualification, or non-CA with 6+ years relevant experience from global banks.
2. At least 2 years for CAs, or 4 years for non-CAs, in reporting, compliance, provisioning, reconciliation or data operations.

Skills Required

1. Advanced Excel and strong understanding of quality, reconciliation and control design.
2. Review capability, priority management and country stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

1. Hands-on approved automation, analytics or reporting tools.
2. ERP and tax reporting systems knowledge desirable.
