Analyst, Specialist, Self Service Banking, Consumer Banking Operations, Technology and Operations

Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities and Requirements Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the self-service banking channels, including ATMs, cash recyclers, and other self-service devices Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as vendors, CRESA, and branch personnel, to ensure the rectification of site issues, cash loading, and ATM-related problems Monitor and analyze site performance data, including cash levels, transaction volumes, and device uptime, to identify and address any operational inefficiencies Provide regular reports and updates on the performance and health of theATMs Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency Requirements Strong understanding of self-service banking operations, including ATM management, cash monitoring, and site monitoring Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environments Required Experience 8-10 years of experience in the banking industry.
