- Prior experience in providing technical support w.r.t submarine cross connects and leased lines
- Knowledge of network, operation systems
Key Responsibilities
- Link Scanning and provisioning and good knowledge of Transmission devices like MUX. Knowledge of Splitters, power amplification using DXC devices etc.
- Assisting and implementing installations as required for new and existing customer and internal projects inclusive of terminations, testing and labelling of most common transmission mediums, hardware installations etc.
- Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
- Having basic knowledge of servers Data center environment and conversant with opening trouble tickets with OEM's and managing SLA's
- Any s/w domain knowledge is added advantage
- complete knowledge of network and links trouble shooting, testing problem solving
