Responsibilities

• Maintaining SLA for BHF security access requests and password resets, including providing and removing access for Life BPS security requests related to mainframe systems and clients.
• The resource will also handle password resets, troubleshoot mainframe system errors, create weekly reports for user IDs approaching expiration, and provide weekly reports to clients.
• In addition, this position is responsible for creating and overseeing mainframe recertifications, providing evidence for audits, and supporting the mainframe disaster recovery testing team.
