Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure the SAP MM module based on business requirements.
- Implement new functionalities and enhancements in the SAP MM/WM module.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance.
Business Process Analysis:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design efficient and effective business processes using SAP MM/WM.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.
- Be able to independently analysis of Business Requirement Documents and map business requirements to SAP.
Support and Maintenance
- Provide day-to-day support for the SAP MM module, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP MM module.
Training and Documentation
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Update user manuals and support documentation as needed.
Project Management
- Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
