Analyst Relations Manager / Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced Analyst Relations Manager / Senior Manager to strengthen our engagement with leading industry analyst firms and help shape how our capabilities, growth story, and market differentiation are understood across the analyst ecosystem.

This role will work closely with senior leadership, business units, service lines, sales, engineering, and marketing teams to build and execute a strategic Analyst Relations program. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with an ability to understand technology, market trends, competitive positioning, and complex business narratives.

• Build and manage strategic relationships with leading analyst firms including Gartner, Forrester, Everest Group, ISG, HFS Research, IDC, NelsonHall, and other relevant firms.
• Own analyst engagement programs including briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, research participation, analyst days, and executive interactions.
• Manage participation in Market Assessments, PEAK Matrix®, Provider Lens®, Magic Quadrant™, Wave™, Horizons, and other industry research programs.
• Develop compelling company narratives, briefing materials, submissions, presentations, and supporting evidence that clearly articulate differentiation and business impact.
• Partner with senior executives, business unit leaders, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to prepare them for analyst engagements.
• Track analyst perceptions, feedback, research coverage, competitive positioning, and market trends, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning across priority service lines, industries, technologies, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive analyst advocacy through quotes, research references, speaking opportunities, events, webinars, and other thought-leadership initiatives.
• Work closely with Corporate Communications, Content, Digital Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to amplify analyst recognition and insights.
• Maintain an annual Analyst Relations calendar, engagement plan, research participation roadmap, and measurement framework.
• Monitor competitors and broader industry developments to identify shifts in positioning, capabilities, and analyst perception.
  

• 8–14 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, Strategic Marketing, Industry Marketing, or a related function, preferably within technology services, consulting, SaaS, cloud, data, or AI.
• Strong understanding of the global technology services and digital engineering landscape.
• Prior experience engaging with leading industry analyst firms and managing major research evaluations.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology capabilities into clear, differentiated, outcome-oriented narratives.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple research cycles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good understanding of emerging areas such as AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and Intelligent Operations.
• Strong analytical ability with an interest in competitive intelligence, market research, and industry trends.
• Comfortable working directly with senior executives and global leadership teams.
