Job Summary

The process Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.
• Conduct the given tasks efficiently.
• Customer engagement
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop
• Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring all work is peer-reviewed
• Support the team by collecting data, delivering analysis, and assisting in problem resolution
• Communicate effectively with the immediate team, articulating points of view clearly
• Provide support to meet client requirements, identifying, evaluating, and recommending options, and implementing solutions if required

Qualifications

• Candidate should be any Graduate or a Postgraduate (Non-technical)
• Minimum work experience should be 0-3 years
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
• Good academic record (55% or above).
• Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
• Open to rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
• Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
• The candidate must be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
