Job description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analyst to support our business development efforts. This role will focus on conducting in-depth research and data analysis to help the team identify growth sectors and untapped opportunities across various regions and industries. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in similar roles, be well-versed in leveraging AI tools to enhance research and data analysis, and be proactive in gathering insights, analyzing trends, and organizing data to drive smarter, more targeted engagement strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as the role requires presenting findings and collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Growth Sector Identification :

• Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and economic data to pinpoint high-potential growth sectors and new opportunities for expansion.

Market Client Research: 

• Conduct in-depth research on existing clients and target companies, including locations, service line needs, key decision-makers, company updates and business trends.

Opportunity Mapping:

• Identify new avenues for client engagement within Occupier Services, focusing on opportunities across multiple locations in Asia Pacific.

Internal Reporting: 

• Track financials, client activity, and pipeline performance to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Pursuit Management: 

• Maintain and update the pursuit database, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, proposals, and next steps.

Sales Team Support: 

• Manage CRM data, conduct research on target companies to support meeting preparation, and ensure accurate recording and organization of meeting notes.
