Analyst - LCNC

Purpose of the role

Marico has undertaken an aggressive growth target to double turnover in the coming few years. In order to help achieve this, it is necessary to relook at all business processes, esp. cross functional ones and decide the core and non-core processes which Marico should focus on.

The LCNC Applications Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) applications to automate and digitize key business processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Finance. The role requires working closely with business teams to understand functional requirements and build scalable LCNC solutions, primarily on Mendix.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA.
• Certification in Low Code / No Code Mendic development is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in LCNC application development, DevOps, or Infra support.
• Intermediate / Advanced certification on LCNC Mendix Tool is preferred.
• Exposure to Mendix platform and FMCG / manufacturing domain is preferred.
  

Technical Skills

• Experience in at least one LCNC platform, preferably Mendix; exposure to Power Apps, OutSystems, is also relevant.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and external system integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Mendix Cloud, or Private Cloud, along with version control using Mendix private console
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices for LCNC applications.

Functional / Domain Knowledge

• Basic understanding of FMCG business processes across Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation such as FRS, SDD, BRD, and UAT coordination.

Key Deliverables of the Role

Application Development & Enhancement

• Design, build, and configure business applications using LCNC platforms such as Mendix
• Develop workflows, forms, data models, and integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Anaplan and HRMS
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, UAT planning, and deployment support.
• Deliver new features and enhancements based on business priorities with proper documentation and sign-off.

Application Maintenance & Support

• Monitor application performance, logs, and usage metrics to proactively address issues.
• Coordinate with IT operations for uptime, backup, and performance compliance.
• Manage release cycles and maintain documentation including BOM, flow diagrams, FRS, release notes, and SOPs. Handle incident resolution and coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders, functional leads, and digital champions to identify automation opportunities.
• Liaise with platform vendors, internal Infra, and integration teams for deployments and escalations.
• Support user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives for developed applications.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure adherence to LCNC governance, version control, and change management standards.
• Participate in code reviews, audits, and QA processes to maintain platform hygiene.
• Recommend reusable modules, components, and templates to accelerate future developments.
