Job Summary:

We are looking for an Analyst L1 to manage and process documents/requests in accordance with established procedures and client instructions. The role requires good attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned queues and complete requests within defined SLAs.
• Review and process documents/requests as per client instructions and established procedures.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct basic research and analysis as required.
• Maintain and update relevant records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate issues when required.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• B. Com graduates preferred.
• Eligibility: 2025 and 2026 batch graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Basic research and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
