Analyst II – IMP Onboarding- FLX Select- NDC Onboarding

Role Purpose As Analyst II - Implementation Management at Accelya, you will manage airline software implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and airline customers, tracking progress and ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline and quality requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end airline software implementation projects, coordinating technical, functional and testing workstreams across internal and client teams • Maintain clear client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing expectations and escalating risks proactively • Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk registers and change request logs using Jira, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project • Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for project documentation, status reports and client communication • Conduct project kick-offs, progress reviews and go-live readiness assessments with airline customer stakeholders • Manage scope changes, applying change control processes and assessing commercial implications • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing lessons learned across the implementation management community

Required Experience & Skills • 3–5 years of software implementation or project management experience in a technology environment • Proven ability to manage implementation projects end-to-end • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Strong client relationship and risk management skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP preferred

Preferred Experience & Skills • Experience delivering airline software implementations, ideally with knowledge of NDC, revenue management or airline operations systems • Proficiency with Jira AI or equivalent, Smartsheet AI or equivalent or similar platforms for intelligent project tracking and automated stakeholder reporting • Use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for client communication drafting, change request documentation and implementation planning • Familiarity with the implementation approaches of leading airline technology providers including key players in the competitive airline technology market
