Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Application Support for FEBA (Internet Banking) / Finacle Core Banking System (10.x / 11.x)
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within SLA
• Perform application troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support FEBA / Finacle configuration, customization, and implementation activities
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor teams for bug fixing, patching, and upgrades
• Support banking operations related to Internet Banking
• Do EOD/BOD activities and production issue resolution
• Work in a 24 7 shift-based production support environment

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong experience in Finacle 10.x / 11.x - FEBA
• Configuration
• Implementation
• Support
• Good understanding of Internet Banking architecture and integration
• Knowledge of banking operations, including SWIFT
• Finacle Integrator
• Trade Finance
• EOD / BOD processes

Soft Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a production environment

Qualifications

• ITIL v3 / v4 certification
