Analyst I, Global GBS - Supply Planning

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst I to join our Global GBS - Supply Planning team at Kraft Heinz Company. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems within the scope of the role.
• Collaborate with peers to update job knowledge and contribute to team goals.
• Receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others.
• Work in rotational shifts as required by the business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
• Proven experience in supply planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
