Analyst - Global HR Business Data Steward

• You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accessible, and compliant employee data across the HR ecosystem and downstream systems
• The Analyst Global HR Business Data Steward acts as a collaborator, change catalyst, functional expert, and problem solver to guarantee data consistency and integrity across all HR and related data domains
• You will work closely with data owners, domain owners, business process experts, SMEs, and process owners to align data governance with business needs and co-create sustainable data solutions

Role Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2-4+ years in data governance, data stewardship, HR data management, or a related area; experience working with HR systems and downstream data consumers
• Good understanding of data governance concepts (quality, metadata, catalogs, lineage, retention) and data architecture basics; familiarity with HR data domains (employee org, payroll, compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Skills data)
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, definitions, and business rules for employee data across HR systems and downstream applications
• Define and manage data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and data dictionaries for HR data assets
• Monitor, measure, and improve data quality metrics (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, integrity)
• Serve as a change agent to drive data quality improvements, data stewardship practices, and data governance adoption
• Facilitate data governance working groups; communicate risks, issues, and remediation plans to stakeholders
• Responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiate Corrective and Preventive (CAPA) actions
• Drive Process improvement Initiatives
• Knowledge of Skill and Talent sub domain will be an added advantage
• Whom should we hire Professional with experience in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC)
• Good knowledge of HR data operations
• Functional knowledge in the HR domain
