RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Analyst-Data Visualization for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai

Core Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Present the data and discuss the different probable representations that can be showcased to the client.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and analytical needs
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Work with large datasets
• Monitor data quality and suggest improvements in data collection or structure
• Document analysis processes and create reproducible workflows
• Create documentation for all new process that are added to the workflow
• Training and transition of new reports

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and the ability to write and edit macros
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc.)
• Familiarity with basic statistical concepts
• Basic scripting skills in Python or R

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences & clients
• Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Data science, Computer Science, Statistics or relevant experience

Shift:

• Rotational shift including night shift
