Analyst - Customer Operations International Voice Process

JOB SUMMARY

As a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls from customers across the United States. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer queries, and identify opportunities to promote and upsell products or services. Your goal is to deliver a positive customer experience while contributing to sales growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Address customer concerns, objections, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide timely resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and sales details in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
• Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and industry trends.
• Follow compliance guidelines and maintain data confidentiality during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Inbound Voice Process, Tele-sales, or Sales Support is preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
