Analyst - Cross Sell Physical Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Support & Issue Resolution (Execution Backbone):

- Lead allocation errors / delays

- CRM or tech platform issues

- Login / documentation / disbursement bottlenecks

Coordinate with:

1. Tech teams

2. Ops teams

3. Cross-sell product teams to ensure quick resolution and minimal business disruption

2. Funnel Tracking & Performance Analysis:

Track end-to-end funnel:

1. Lead Contact Login Approval Disbursement

Identify:

1. Drop-offs at each stage

2. Channel-wise and product-wise performance gaps

- Generate actionable insights (not just reports)

3. Channel-Wise Deep Dives:

Analyze performance across:

1. Telecalling

2. Branches Operations

3. Field sales

4. Inbound contact center

- Answer key questions like:

1. Which channel works best for which product?

2. Which customer segments convert better via which channel?

3. Where is leakage happening?

4. Conversion Improvement Initiatives:

Identify and propose:

1. Funnel fixes

2. Process simplifications

3. Lead prioritization improvements

- Work with channel managers to implement and track impact

5. MIS, Dashboards & Reporting:

Build and maintain:

1. Daily performance dashboards

2. Weekly/monthly business reviews

- Ensure single source of truth for channel performance
