Analyst- Corporate Development

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating potential M&A opportunities, including financial modelling,

industry research, and valuation analysis

• Support due diligence processes and preparation of investment memorandums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive strategic

initiatives

• Develop and present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior

stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA (preferably with a finance specialization)
• Strong skills in financial modelling and presentation
• Minimum 5years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, M&A

advisory, or corporate strategy

• Preferably with prior exposure to M&A processes, valuation techniques, and industry

research

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
