Analyst - Compliance MIS & Dashboard

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a single compliance calendar covering FEMA, SEBI, tax, customs, EU and African regulatory filings.
• Collect compliance status data from functional owners and overseas entities and validate completeness.
• Build and maintain dashboards for due dates, completion status, overdue items, exceptions and corrective actions.
• Track monthly compliance status and prepare reports for the Chief Compliance Officer and Audit Committee.
• Identify recurring exceptions, overdue filings and high-risk compliance items and escalate them promptly.
• Maintain supporting evidence and audit trails for reported compliance status.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, EXIM, Company Secretarial and overseas teams for timely data submission.
• Improve reporting through data tooling, automation and standardised MIS formats.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B.Tech / MBA with data tooling

Experience: 3-6 years preferred
