Job Description

We are looking for a Analyst Canada Payroll to support accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Canada payroll transactions including hires, terminations, and payroll changes.
• Validate payroll inputs, timesheets, deductions, and tax calculations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies, employee queries, and escalations.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain payroll records.
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in Canada Payroll.
• Good understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with Payroll/HRIS/ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
