Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and commercial management.
• Experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, and payment certification.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration practices.
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
