About the Role

Analyze and interpret global bank statements using OCR, translation tools, and manual processing with a focus on Japanese-language documents. Validate, clean, and deliver accurate data in client-required formats (e.g., Excel, JSON) while meeting quality and turnaround standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Japanese and global bank statements using OCR, translation tools, and manual processing.
• Process Japanese-language data using Japanese keyboard/IME, where required.
• Validate, clean, and deliver accurate data in client-required formats (e.g., Excel, JSON).
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to quality and SLA standards.
• Coordinate with internal team to resolve Japanese data-related queries.
• Follow process guidelines and support continuous process improvements

What we are looking for

• Must-Have: 02 years' experience, proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking, and typing using a Japanese keyboard/IME), ability to read and write in English and Hindi, advanced MS Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work assigned early morning or weekend shifts as per business requirements.
• Strong Advantage: Knowledge of banking/financial statement spreading, experience processing Japanese financial documents, client interaction, process improvement, and quality management.
• Tools (if applicable): Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Office Suite, OCR Tools.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Japanese Language, or a related field.
• JLPT N2 or above required.
