Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we re looking to add Analyst - Accounts Receivable in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Hold up the Collections team and our business in to address collections and overdue bills.
• Engage with management and the business to address payment delays and actions.
• Participate in process improvements, projects and hold up other management directives as prescribed.
• Provide timely reports/information to internal customers/Team guides/managers on customers exposure.
• Apply technical knowledge to reduce manual intervention and automate the routine jobs.
• In charge of ensuring timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.
• Initiate actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer.
• Contact customer (email and calls) and confirm receipt of shipment, Invoices, upcoming payment dates and invoice to be paid.
• Facilitate timely accounting of Funds Credited to Flex Bank account.
• Reporting activities - Generate and update Weekly AR reports, prepare AR/GL recons.
• Ensure completion of Month end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.
• Holding up audit requirement for the function assigned.

The experience we re looking to add to our team:

• B. Com / B. C. S / M. Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM any commerce and Accounts Stream degrees.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Collections and payment follow-ups
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Customer account reconciliation.
• Dispute Management.
