Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.

Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout principles.

Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance layout methodologies and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Analog Layout.

Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.

Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.

Understanding of parasitic extraction and mitigation techniques.

Ability to analyze and optimize signal integrity and power distribution within layouts.

Familiarity with design for manufacturability and testing requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Analog Layout.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
