Analog IC Design Intern

Job Summary

This internship is intended for candidates with a foundational understanding of Analog IC Design who want to gain practical exposure to transistor-level circuit design, simulation and analysis.

College Students / Recent Graduates

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of MOSFET fundamentals and device characteristics
• Basic knowledge of analog circuit design
• Ability to understand and create transistor-level schematics
• Knowledge of DC, AC and transient analysis
• Familiarity with bias circuits, current mirrors, differential amplifiers and basic analog building blocks
• Basic understanding of PVT corners and parametric analysis
• Working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and circuit simulation tools
• Ability to interpret simulation results and basic circuit performance parameters
• Strong interest in Analog IC Design and semiconductor engineering
