Position: Analog Designer
Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract :12 Months

Role & responsibilities

• Design and verify standard cell schematics.
• Port existing schematics to new semiconductor technology nodes.
• Create new schematics based on functional and design requirements.
• Perform SPICE-based circuit simulations to verify circuit functionality and robustness.
• Perform Monte Carlo simulations and analyze circuit variations.
• Characterize standard cell libraries across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) conditions.
• Analyze simulation results and troubleshoot circuit-level issues.
• Work with design and characterization teams to ensure accurate and reliable cell performance.
• Document design, simulation, and characterization results.
