Position: Analog Designer 3
Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract tenure: 1 year

We are looking for an experienced Analog Mixed Signal Layout Engineer with strong hands-on experience in custom analog/digital block and module-level layout using Cadence layout tools.

The candidate should have mandatory experience in TSMC 5nm or below, with exposure to TSMC 3nm and below preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom layouts for high-speed analog and custom digital blocks.
• Work on blocks such as Ring Oscillators, Dividers, Bias Blocks, Voltage/Current References, Pre-drivers, etc.
• Independently own assigned blocks/modules/macros from layout development through sign-off and release.
• Create and verify layout design views using industry-standard sign-off tools.
• Run, debug and close DRC, LVS, PEX and other physical verification flows.
• Independently troubleshoot layout issues and drive them to closure.
• Ensure layout deliverables meet quality, performance and project milestones.

Mandatory Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on Analog/Mixed Signal Layout experience
• Strong experience in Cadence Virtuoso XL/EXL/GXL
• Mandatory: TSMC 5nm or below
• Strong hands-on experience in custom analog/mixed-signal layout
• Experience with Calibre
• Strong knowledge of DRC, LVS, PEX and sign-off flows
• Experience in independent block/module/macro-level layout
• Experience in debugging and resolving physical verification issues

Good to Have

• Experience in TSMC 3nm and below
• Experience with SKILL scripting
• Shell / Perl scripting knowledge
• Experience in layout automation
• Good Excel skills
• Experience leading module/macro-level layout and top-level integration
