Requirements - Workday HCM Certification - mandatory with Time Absence expertise
- 2-3 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM, preferably in an AMS or post production support model
- Experience in Time Tracking and Absence including configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and downstream impacts
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling production issues, enhancements, and client queries in a structured support environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders
- Ability to work in dynamic global delivery environments with flexible timings
