Quality Control (OSD)

Designation: Assistant Manager - Quality Control (Reviewer)
Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc
Total Experience: 8-12 years

• Desired Profile :
• Responsible for supervision of Quality Control laboratory activities and ensuring timely completion of testing.
• Responsible for planning of In-Process, Finished Product and Stability samples in Quality Control Laboratory.
• Perform/review analysis of In-Process and Finished Products as per approved specifications, analytical methods, GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Review and interpret analytical results against established acceptance criteria.
• Initiate OOS, OOAL, Deviations, NOI and Change Controls related to Quality Control laboratory activities.
• Responsible and participate in investigations related to OOS, Deviations and laboratory quality issues, including root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP and GDP requirements during laboratory activities and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor Quality Control laboratory activities and manufacturing processes for compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Quality Control instruments and analytical equipment.
• Identify potential quality issues and support preventive and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, testing issues and quality-related costs.
• Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to GMP/GDP, OOS, OOAL, Deviations, Change Control & CAPA and understanding of regulatory requirements will be preferred.
