Role & responsibilities

Provide L3 technical implementation, troubleshooting, automation and operational support for assigned cloud/data platform scope.

Analyze incidents/problems, identify root cause, implement corrective actions and maintain operational runbooks.

Build scripts, IaC modules, pipelines or data jobs as required with peer review and change governance.

Monitor platform health, performance, security posture and capacity; recommend proactive improvements.

Coordinate with architects, SMEs and support teams to close escalations and improve delivery reliability.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have 4+Years of experience as Architech.

Hands-on experience in AWS compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, backup, patching, automation, incident/problem/change management, Terraform/CloudFormation, Linux/Windows administration, security hardening and operational runbooks. Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable architecture/design; strong documentation, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting and governance mindset.
