Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from North America customers
• Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate resolutions
• Maintain call quality, adherence, and productivity targets
• Document each interaction correctly in the system
• Escalate complex issues through the proper channels
• Follow company policies, compliance, and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any graduate or undergraduate can apply

• Freshers: Eligible to apply

• Experienced: Minimum 6 months of international voice experience

• Excellent verbal communication in English

• Willingness to work rotational shifts
