Description
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and managing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, with a focus on optimizing customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to ensure optimal performance.

Skills and Qualifications
