We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect IVR Developer to design, develop, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable IVR applications, call routing strategies, voice self-service solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IVR and call flow solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, prompts, and agent experiences.
• Develop integrations with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
• Build conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities.
• Implement customer authentication, self-service, call routing, and workflow automation.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot IVR issues, optimize call flows, and improve customer experience.
• Develop reusable components, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support production releases, incident resolution, and platform enhancements.
