Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to manage, support, troubleshoot and improve software applications and cloud-based communication systems.
The candidate will work on Amazon Connect, resolve technical issues, monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations. The role also involves coordinating with different teams to identify problems, implement solutions and improve application support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle technical tasks and develop strong knowledge of Amazon Connect.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in software applications.
- Help develop and improve application support processes.
- Monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations.
