Amazon Connect Developer / Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, IVR development, contact center integrations, and AWS serverless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions.
• Create and manage Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, and Agent Configuration.
• Develop and enhance IVR and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) functionalities.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with external systems using REST APIs and CRM platforms.
• Configure and optimize Amazon Lex Chatbots for conversational experiences.
• Implement and support Contact Lens for call analytics and insights.
• Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Manage and maintain AWS resources such as S3 Buckets, IAM Roles, and CloudWatch Monitoring.
• Troubleshoot contact center issues and ensure high availability of solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand contact center requirements and implement.
