Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead consulting teams through design sessions, requirement grooming, solution architecture, and implementation of cloud contact center transformations.
• Business Development: Lead proposals and RFPs across multiple markets to drive continuous opportunity pipelines.
• Solution Architecture: Drive API-based integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and conversational AI/bot frameworks.
• Practice & People Development: Mentor, upskill, and grow the talent pipeline while building reusable assets, points of view (POVs), and innovative solution frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

• Must-Have Skills: AWS Contact Center, Amazon Connect flows, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect Contact Center.
• Good-to-Have Skills: AWS Pinpoint, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Comprehend.
• Expertise:
  
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud contact center solutions at scale.
• Strong background in API-based integrations and solution architecture within the AWS ecosystem.
• Proven leadership in business development, proposal management, and program execution.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
