As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements .

In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e., Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.

- Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills
- Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
- 3-6 years of technology consulting experience, with a focus on cloud operations.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to: AWS Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS.
- Solid scripting skills in Python, with the ability to write SQL queries and perform string analysis.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Experience with agile/iterative methodologies for implementing cloud projects.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective technical designs.
- Good understanding of end-to-end project delivery methodologies for cloud projects.
- General knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current trends.
- Experience working on CI/CD/DevOps pipelines is a plus.

- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
