Amazon Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, improve seller performance and provide continuous support and strategic guidance to marketplace sellers.

The role involves Amazon Seller Central account management, seller support, marketplace operations, product listing and catalog optimization, pricing and inventory management, Amazon Ads/PPC, account health monitoring and seller relationship management.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned seller accounts on Amazon.in.
• Drive seller growth by analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.
• Onboard new sellers and educate them on Amazon policies, tools and best practices.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor account health metrics including ODR, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate and A-to-Z Claims.
• Resolve seller issues related to payments, logistics and product listings.
• Execute promotional campaigns, Deals, Sponsored Ads and Lightning Deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller performance and seller satisfaction.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain long-term seller relationships.
• Handle seller escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1- 4 years of experience in E-commerce, Amazon Seller Support, Marketplace Operations or Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Amazon Ads / PPC management is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and Catalog Optimization is preferred.
• Understanding of FBA and FBM models.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Ability to handle seller escalations and build seller trust.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant e-commerce knowledge may also be considered.
