About this role
- Manage day-to-day Amazon seller/vendor accounts and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Analyze Amazon sales data, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, catalog, and customer service.
- Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Identify opportunities for new products, promotions, and business growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or senior management.
- Resolve issues related to listings, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and account performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, Amazon teams, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, marketplace trends, competitors, and e-commerce best practices.
- Experience in Amazon account management, marketplace management, e-commerce, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Good understanding of Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace analytics.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
