* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

* Coordinate with clients for documentation and follow-ups

* Manage order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.

* Maintain CRM/database and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

* Support tender documentation and compliance activities.
