Assistant Manager Warehouse Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure smooth and efficient operations at our Bangalore warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory within the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and maintain 5S standards.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, manpower deployment, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Handle warehouse MIS, daily reports, and performance dashboards.
• Support stock audits, physical verification, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely closure.
