We're Hiring | Asst. Manager - Training (BFSI)

Location: Malad

Shift: Rotational (24 hour window)

Working days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs

CTC: up to 7.00 LPA

Required Qualifications:

Education: Mandatory Graduate degree

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Capability Development roles.
• Experience within International BFSI, Credit Bureau, Financial Services, Banking, Lending, Collections BPO environments is mandatory.
• Prior experience managing trainers, coaches, or learning teams is highly preferred.
