• Manage mid-to-senior and leadership hiring across business functions.
  
• Experience managing executive search firms/agencies and internal hiring mandates.
  
• Partner closely with CXOs and senior leadership on critical hiring requirements.
  
• Own end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer closure.
  
• Drive daily hiring updates, pipelines, and recruitment metrics with CXO stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive hiring skills.
