Location: Malad, Mumbai

Salary: 50,000 55,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant roles within a manufacturing environment. The role involves bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and workforce planning, ensuring timely and quality closures aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle bulk hiring, plant hiring, and lateral hiring requirements
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Heads to understand manpower needs based on approved MRFs
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates within defined TAT
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and offer rollout
• Assist in creating and refining Job Descriptions based on role requirements
• Ensure timely closure of positions to meet business hiring targets.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Business Heads and Hiring Managers for hiring priorities
• Coordinate with Plant HR teams for workforce planning and recruitment
• Support stakeholders in candidate evaluation and final selection

Recruitment Optimization:

• Implement effective sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency
• Optimize recruitment costs and ensure maximum ROI on hiring channels
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Generate MIS reports and track key metrics such as:
• Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Cost per hire
• Source effectiveness

Key Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in manufacturing / plant hiring (preferred)
• Strong exposure to bulk and lateral hiring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
