Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with experience in conveyor belts, industrial belting, rubber products, or material handling solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and achieving sales targets in industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for conveyor belts and industrial belting products.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, distributors, dealers, and OEMs.
• Generate leads and expand the customer base across industries such as cement, steel, mining, power, and manufacturing.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in conveyor belts, rubber products, material handling, or related engineering products.
• Experience dealing with industrial customers such as cement, steel, mining, power, and manufacturing companies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Preferred Experience: Candidates from conveyor belt manufacturing, industrial rubber products, material handling equipment, and power transmission products.
