AM Production Manager - CCTV Manufacturing

ROLE SUMMARY

• The Assistant Manager - Production (CCTV) is responsible for managing and overseeing all CCTV product assembly and manufacturing operations.
• The role ensures production targets are met for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR enclosures, cable assemblies, and related accessories while maintaining quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on the CCTV assembly line
• Plan and manage daily production schedules for CCTV products including cameras, housings, and cable assemblies
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and first-pass yield for CCTV line
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications for CCTV products
• Coordinate with QA for functional testing and visual inspection of CCTV assemblies
• Identify and resolve production issues, equipment faults, and material shortages
• Maintain shift reports, production logs, and MIS data for CCTV line
• Train CCTV line supervisors and operators on assembly procedures and quality checks
• Work with engineering team on new CCTV product introductions and process improvements
• Ensure proper ESD controls, handling, and workstation standards on CCTV line

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• 4-7 years of experience in electronics or CCTV product manufacturing
• Knowledge of CCTV system components including IP cameras, analog cameras, DVR/NVR, and related accessories
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and electronic assembly processes
• ESD handling and PCB assembly best practices
• Production planning and line supervision skills
• Understanding of quality standards for electronic products
• Good team management
