AM- Product - Mattress and Foam

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle for mattress and foam products.
• Develop new products based on market trends and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
• Support the sales team with product training and technical inputs.
